Cotton*.—Tbe market opened very quiet this
morning at yesterday s prices, and upon advices
from New York of a dull and declining market
quotations here fell off * u c. on good middling,
middling and low middling, and \c. on good or
dinary and ordinary, and the Cotton Exchange
reports the market dull and nominal. The sales
yestenlay were quite heavy, amounting to some
bates, including those sold after four
o’clock, which, with the heavy sales of the past
few days, have given buyers alwut all they want.
Sales this morn ug 1,182 hales. Hut little has
been none in futures this morning, only 3 0 bales
being reported: ICG for February at 14.&C.; 9»>0 for
March ut 15^0. We quote:

Kick.—The market is quiet, with a liberal stock
and light dumaiid. We quote: Common to Fair,
