DR. JAYNE’S
OLEAGINOUS IIAIIt TOMC.
Fj|T-HE efficacy of I is elegant preparation in re
storing the growth of the hair in baid places,
E wunderlui. Where the hair has been worn
off from the top the head, by the careless practice
of carrying things in the crown of the hat, it is
generally considered difficult if nut impossible to
restore it, but it is found by numerous examples
that the Hair Tonic reaches these cases very
promptly and effects a complete cure. Every gen
tleman —(we say nothing to the ladies, it being a
fair presumption that their hair is always in full
luxuriance ; at least it always seems so.) —every
gentleman who finds his hair growing too thin, or
becoming loose, should place a botile of Jayne’s
Hair Tonic in his dressing case and apply it with a
free ue of the nair brush, every morning. The
result will be a full, strong and healthy head oi
hair, the cases that have fallen under our own
ohsenaJion wairant us fully in asserting this. —
There is no mistake in D,r. jajne.— Weekly Mes
senger.
Attention is called to D .Jayne’s Hair Tonic, for
the preservation, growth and restoration of the
Hair. We are assured that several most remarka
ble cures have lately been effected by this remedy.
It is < ertainly worthy a trial. —Philadelphia Satur
day Chronicle.
This valuable remedy for the growth, p enerva
tion, and restoration of the Hair, can be obtained

OLEAGINOUS IT AIR TONIC.
Copy of a letter from Dr. S. S. Fitch, dated
PniLADr.LPHiA, May 10, 183 S.
BR. JAYNE —Dear Sir, — I feel that I can
hardly say enough to you in favor of Jayne's
Oleaginous Hair Tonic, prepared by you. My
hair had been fallii g off about two yeais, and had
beiome very thin, threatening speedy baldness,
when i commenced using this remedy. In about
one week, it ceased to fail off. 1 have used it now
about th.ve months, and have as fu 1 and thick a
head of hair ai I can passiby desire. 1 have
recommended its use to a number of my friends,
who ah speak we 1 of it. If faithfully emp oye !,
I have no doubt of its general 1 may add
that before using the i onic, 1 ha I .ried a mu-t all
the various articles employed for the hair, such as
the Macassar Gi!, all t ie different preparations of
Bear’s til. Vegetable Hair * 'll, Ac Ac., without
experiencing much, if any, benefit. Respectfully
yours, S. S. Fitch,Mo. 172 Uhesnutst ect.
:i_j Before Ur. Fitch used this Tonic lus ha r be
gan to be gray, 1 ut since then there is not a gray
hair to be found on his head.
Ptnt.ADE;.rrnA, May 11,1535.
i la. Javx —Dear Sir, — I cheerfully and witi
pleasure submit the f II wing to you, with the
libcity of your making it public, should you have |
the desire: —For several months past rny hair had
been rapidly falling off, so much so indeed that by
passing my lingers .ightly through it, I could obtain
a quantity in my hand. 1 had t’u d all the Lsh
ionable ( ils of the day, without having received
the slightest sensible benefit. The only resource
j that reeined left to me, was to have my lu-a ! shav
ed and wear a wig. Having, through a Lien 1 who
had p roll tied b\ its use. heard of the remarkable i
cures effected by Jayne’s < icaginous Hair Tonic,
j sold by you, I was induced, as a dernier resort, to j
try it. I have used two Lott es, and am pleased to j
say, that a;ter a f t -vv applications, my hair ceased |
entirely from coming out, the young hair made its j
appearance in great abundance, and that now I j
have a fine, luxuriant growth, and believe it to be |
the best remedy ever yet discovered. A fair trial
will be its best recommendation. Independently
of its virtues as a restorative and preventive, it
imparts to the hair a line healthy, glossy appear
ance, rendering it soft and flexible, which will
make it an invaluable acquisition for tiie toilet of
every one at all desirous of beautifying that great
est of adornments of the face—the hair.
Returning my most sincere thanks for saving
me from premature baldness, by the use of the
above Tonic, I an, dear Bir, your obedient servant,

Dr. D Jayne. —Sir —l take pleasure in inform
ing you that the bottle of Jayne’s Hair Tonic,
which 1 obtained of you last ( clober, has moved
most satisfactory and successful. My hair hau for
a long time been exceedingly thin. But for two
or throe years past it had so fallen out that my
head had become almost entirely bald. I was un- ;
der the necessity of concealing the baldness by
combing the hair on the sides over it. But now,
after using about half of a bottle of the “Tonic,”
1 have as iuxuiiant growth of hair as I ever had.
