any of my creditors w ill answer the same purpose.

FINHE subscriber has in view removing west

duction cannot be surpassed by any lands in the
up country. The improvements consist of a con
venient and comfortable Dwelling, besides Gin
House, Screw, all new, and all other houses neces
sary for a country residence and farm. The dwell
ing is located on an elevated situation, and re
markably healthy, with springs of the purest water
scattered throughout the premises. There is also
on the premises, one of the best sites for a mill or
mills ol factory there is in the up country, and its
contiguity to the river will make it more valuable.
As the purchaser would wish to exaraihe the pre
mises previous to making the purchase, it would
be needless for me to give any farther description
of the premises.

missory note, made by one John P. Coles, dated on
the 30th day of July, ISI9, and payable sixty days
after date, to the order of William Bostwick A Co.,
for tnree hundred and seventy five 45-100 dollar;,
which was destroyed by fire on the eighth of Au
gust, 1»26, and praying this court to establish a
copy in lieu of said original note so destroyed: 1;
; is ordered, that the said John P. Coles do show
cause, at the next term of this court, why a copy
should not be estabiishea in lieu of said original

A GREEABLY to an order of the Honorable the
TJL Inferior Court of Greene County, when silting
for ordinary purposes, will be sold at the tu ur
House in the town of Greensboro, on the Ist Tues

GROES, to wit; Daniel, Charles, Fielding- Melton,
Coiner, Horace, Simeon, Cinda, Phillis, Hasentine,
Laurenna, Denibo and Sucky. Aiso, a certain
tract of Land containing two hundred and hfD
acres, more or less, on the waters of Town Creek,
in said County, and adjoining lands of W illD m
Saunders and Sterling Gresham, upon which there
is a comfortable dwelling house, and all necessary
out houses. Said Negioes and Land sold as the
property of the estate of Lewis Jenkins, deceased,
