Her. e. “ No person or persons shall throw, otr cause to be thrown, any broken glass, tin cuttings, white or loose paper, or crockery ware, in any of the street* of this city." No perton shall deposit in any street or public alleys any shavings, brick bats, or other refuse of building materials, and permit them to remain for a longer period than twelve hours.” Sec. 33. “No person shall throw trash and filth into the streets from their lots or lands at any other time than between Daytigh* and fiine o'clock, A. AT, nor on the Sabbath." These Ordinances, together with such other* as have for their object the health of the city and the cleanliness of the street* and alleys thereof, will be str.ctiy en forced.
