I T appearing that the commons td be leafed out by the ad of Aflembly of the fourteenth Au guit, 1786, have not been clear ed and cultivated ks therein, and by leveral orders of this Board, have been direded. And it having been suggested, that, provided the lease could be extended, several of the leflees, or their aftigns, would bind themselves to clear and cultivate the parts by them refpedively leafed, in conformity to the objects of the Lid ad j whereupon It is ordered , T hat all such ieftees, or their aftigns, who shall pay the rents dhe, and give obligat ons, with security, for the sduitional time as per annual lease, shall be entitled to \ a lease of fevert years, to commence [from the third 1 uefday in Odcber next; and that the obligations of all luch as do not comply literally with this order, shall be put in suit agreeable to the order of the Board ot the 21 ft July last, if not paid by the laid third Tuefday in Odober . next.
