made to the Secretary for the Department of.
War, by the feverai"States, of the pensions
which have beeti granted, and paid by them
refpeftively, will, to&fcther with the vondhera
herein requned, be coiifidered as the evidence
whereon ihe payments afe to be m£de.
Every application for payment ninft be ac
companied by the following vouchers.
