- On a letter from Thomas P. Carnes, Esq.
- Attorney for Emanuel Wamberlie, the order
of the nth September, 1790, was referred
to, taken ip, and coufidered; whereupon it is
Ordered, That the ttandard of redudion
of paper money into specie, be at four for
one in the payment of rent.
It is also directed, that the'former and'
foregoing order be pubhthed.

- It appearing that the commons to be leafed
out by the Ad of Alterably 7 of the 14th Au
gust, 178(5, have not becd cleared and culti
vated as therein, and by the several orders of
this Board, have been direded : And it ha
ving been fuggeftedi that, provided the'leafe
could be extended, several of the lelfccs, or
their aftigas, would bind themselves to clear
and cultivate the parts by them refpedively
leafed, in conformity to the objeds of the
said Ad ; whereupon it is
Ordered, That all such of the tertees, or
their alftgos, who ftiall pay' the rents duie,
and give obligations, with security, for the
additional time* as per annual lease, ftiall be
entitled to a lease of seven years, to com
mence from the third Tuefday in Odober'
next} and that the obligations of all such aa
do not comply literally with tliia order, ftiall
be put in fuic, agreeable to the order of the
Board of the at ft July last, if nut paid by tha
(aid third Tuefday in Odober next.
