made, or lines run by any beans or under any
frttence whatsoever, beyond the prefeht tem
porary line, within this Hate; between the
white inhabitants and the" Indians belonging
to the fame, or on any part of the lands not
already laid out into" comities, but allowed to
remain as banting ground far the Indians at
present, ball,'and the fame is and are hercbr
declared to bVnull and void to all intents and
purposes, as though such fnrveys or lines hid
never bfcen made : And all and every person '
and persons whatsoever, who bill hereafter
survey, or aflift in furveyihg, or procure to

Re oved, That the lobby be cleared, and
the doors of the Senate doled, until the mes
sage of the Honorable the Hiufe of Repre
feutatives, of yederday, be afted upon, the" I
fame containing judicial matter.
The Senate resolved itfeff into a committee
of the whole on the of the Honorable
the House of Reprefcntativcf, of yefterdar,
, on the fubjeft matter of the impeachment of
the Honorable Henry Olbarne, Mr. Twiggs
in the chair; and after debate, the committee’
having arose, Mr. Prclidc it resume I tbe'chair,
arfd Mr.' Twiggs reported the following, which
was accepted by the Senate.
‘ Whereas the Honorable the House of Re
prefehtatives, in and by their meda/cand re
solution dated the 23d intt. and delivered by
Mr. Tatnal!, M'. Sim and, Mr. Wiight, a
committee ts the said House, m the words
