River Plantation
ON Saturday the 24th day of December
i next, between the hours of 10 and it
o’clock, at the Market-place in Augulta, will
be rented for one year, that valuable planta
tion on Savannah river, known by the name
of Beddingfield ; about 440 acres of which
is under cultivation, and entirely free from
frelhes, adjoining lands of M'Cartan Camp
bell, Esq. the estate of Wallicon, and Mr.
William Birgg: Those inclinable to rent it,
are requeued to view the premises in the
mean time, which are little more than three
' miles from town. As the place belongs to an
ablent gentleman, security will be required
for the due payment of the rent, as also that
the houses, See. will not be wilfully destroyed.
