KNOW ye that I John Wray for end in
behalf of myfclL and Adam and Wil
liam Tunn*, of Cbarlefton, merchants, af
figaees of Henry M. M‘Donald, and for and
in behalf of alt others the creditors of the
laid M‘Dona Id,' do hereby for divers good
caufet and considerations, revoke, annul and
snake void all powers at any time heretofore
given the said Henry Moore M‘ Donald, by
the assignees aforefaid, to tranfaft and do bu
siness for tbeiit and ether the creditors afore
faid*

THE subscriber informs his friends that
the duties of the department of At
torney-General, have increafedin'the low'ir
diftrid, so as to render it necessary for one ,
of them to reside in that diftrid. That the
subscriber proposes, on this account, to re
move to Savannah immediately. He intends
to continue his attendance at the Superior ahd
Inferior Courts for the counties of Richmond
and Burke. As it will not be in’ his power,
in suture, to atteud in Wilke* or. Columbia,
lie will leave his unfinilhed bufmvfs, forthofe
counties, in the hands of John Gridin, Esq.
attorney at law.

Notice.
WHEREAS some time in the year 1787
or 1788, I gave ray obligation to
Charles Stuart, of Araherft county, in the
Bate of Virginia, with Robert Dixon and
Peter Stubblefield, securities, witlr penalty
thereunto annexed of one or two hundred
pounds to make him titles to a certain trafi of
land on the Dry or Watery fork of Buffaloe,
in the county of Walhington, containing two
hundred acres, on both Tides of the fa id creek,
aidjoining land of Pinkerton : I do hereby no
tify the holder of said bond or obligation to
come forward in order to receive titles, as 1
am now and have been for a coniiderable time
ready to execute them.

is infuficient, and out of repair so much, that
perfoas committed Cannot be detained there
in with certainty in purfnance of any legal
proceft direffed to him or hit Jailor aforefaid.'

ninth day of March, in the year of our Lord

thority duly admitted and sworn, living and
dwelling in Georgetown in the said county of
Wilkes, at the instance and request and on
the part and behalf of the said John Clark, and
also on the part and behalf of all others who
may be concerned iu the premises, have pro
tested and by these prefems do most solemnly.

being infutfccienr for the detention and fife
keeping of prisoners, aud against any jail
, breach or escape of any person or per ions
who may be confined therein, and also for all
damages which tnay be sustained for or by
