THE several Companies of Militia with
in the refpeftive counties, to be to
arranged as to contain (as near as may be)
four Sergeants, four Corporals, one Drum
mer, one Fifcr, and sixty four privates ; and
that five Companies as aforefaid do compose
a Battalion, to be commanded by a Major or
a Major Commandant, as the case may be,
and two Battalions a Regiment, to be com
manded by a Lieutenant-Colonel, and that
where a county will not permit its being
formed into two Battalions, the fame shall
compose a Regiment, to be commanded by a
Lieutenan -Colonel Commandant.

Jacob Weed, deceased, praying an order of
court to authorife the sale of the following
