WHEREAS Henry Moore M‘
Donald, late of the town of Augusta,
in the date of Georgia, merchant,
assigned over all his property, both real and
personal of every deferiptiou wba'foever,

appear on the records in Richmond county,
flam of Georgia, and we the affiances under
fa id alignment deputed said Henry Moore

improper—-John Wtay the afting aftignte,
on his arrival in Auguft* revoked the p>weis
veded in the said McDonald by the follow
ing words.

and in behalf'of mrleif, and Adam and
William Tunno of Charledon, merchants,
aflignees of Henry M. M Donald, and for and
in behalf of all others the c»editors of the said
M Dnnald, Do hereby f»r divers good causes
and confidcrations, revoke, annuli and make
void, all powers at any time heretof ore given
the said Henry Moore M'Djjajd, by the
affiguces aforefaid to tranfaft aud do bufiuets
for them and other the creditors aforefaid.

UPON t f e petition of h's Excel
leicy (he Governor, praying the tore*
closure of the equity of redemption of certain
lands floated in the County of Wilkes,
mortgaged by the said Micajsh Williamson,
to the Governor for the time being and his
fucceilors in office, for the security of a sum
of money contained in a bond of the said
Micajah Williamson, and on .motion of
Mr. Attorney General,
Ordered, That the principal, interest and
cost up**n the said bond and mortgage be.
paid into Court within twelve mouths from
this day, and unlcfs the fame (hill be paid,
the equity of redemption will from thence
forth b< fotever forclofed, and other proceed
ings take place, pnrfuant to the aft of Af
iemhly in such case made and passed on-the
ninth day of December in the year of our
Lord one thousand leven hundred and
ninety.
Aud it is further Ordered , in pursuance of
the (aid ad that this rule be published in one
i f the gazettes of this ftace, or served on che
mortgiger or his attorney, at lead nine
months previous to the time wheo the money
is direfted to be paid as aforefaid.
