900 acres of land in Wilkes county, on
the waters of Soap and Wells* creek, and
joins Jones’ valuable trad at tbe mouth of
Soap creek where it empties into Savannah
river.
Also, several surveys of good oak and hic
kory lands, on tbe waters of the river Oconee
in Franklin county.

prices known, by applying to me at this place,
any time before the 25th of this month.

lettor of taxes of Richmond county, will at
tend at Mr. Garrett’s tavern, for the collec
tion of taxes for the Augusta diftrift, as also
the corporation tax. Those that may be in
default thereafter, executions will issue im
mediately.
