WHEREAS on the 23d of August 1792,
MefTrs. Hunt, Stallings and Co. merchants
and faddrs of this place, afligned over their dock
v in trade, book debts, bonds, notes and every fj?e
cies of property belonging to that Co-partnership,
as well as every part of their j rfonal property, by
aa inftruraent now on the records of Richmond
County, to us Birch, and Ouvry, merchants of the
city of London, and other of their creditors, for
a debt then due usfor property before advanced the
laid Hunt, Stallings and Co. to carry on their bu
itnefs here with the planters as merchants and
faftors.—Thefe axe to 1 fequeft (hat all persons
indebted to that firm, or to the personal estate of
cither of the Co-partners, and also all those plan
ters which the house of Hunt, Stallings and Co.
ane indebted to for produce put into their hands
on commiflion, will apply before the ift of Janua
ry nexr, at the late store of Hunt, Stallings and Co.
to Chamberlain Birch or Stratford Brown, who are
the only persons authorised to give difehatges or
fettle die affairs of Hunt, Stallings and Co.

PIE Goods advertised by us, to be Ibid by pri
vate contract, at the store lately occupied by
Hunt and Stallings, will be exposed to sale in lots*
by Public Vendue, on the pretnifes, on Monday
the id of December next, to commence at the
hour of ten in the forenoon, and to continue frorri
day to day until all are (old. No lot will be de
livered without the money, and every purchaser
to deposit one fifth of the purchase mefrey at the'
time of sale; and any lot not taken away by ten
o’clock the ensuing day, shall again be exposed to
sale at the rifque of the purchaser, and with the
forfeiture of the deposit.

the pay rolls, the names of all officers, who hare
been or may be in aftual service in the field, since
the 1 ith of March lad : The nature and time of
such service certified by the commanding
officer of the division to which such officer or ot
