On the firjt Tuefday in January next, at Wilkes
county Couri-houfe,

Between tht hours of 1 o and 1 o'dork, the following
TRACTS of LAND, viz.
r T" v WO trafts in Wilkes county, one containing
JL 600 acres, on tl\e North fork of Little river,
near lands surveyed for Mr. Beckham ; the other,
200 acres* on Long creek, bounded on one fide
by lands of Daniel Jackson, and on all other sides
by vacant land at the time of surveying; taken un
der execution as the property belonging to the
estate of William Candler, deceased.
Two tra&s in Franklin county containing 1150
acres each, one of the said trails of the firit qua
lity, bounded by lands of Micajah Williamson and
Washington County line; the other 1150 acres,
bounded on two sides by said Williamson’s land ;
taken under execution as the property of Colonel
Micajah Williamson.
200 acres in the said county of Franklin, part
of a trail of 1000 acres, granted in the name of
Grant Taylor; taken under execution as the pro
perty of John Wallis.
Likewise 150 acres in Wilkes county, on the
waters of Mill creek, adjoining lands of Peyton
Wyatt and Colonel George Dooley, including the
plantation whereon William Norman now lives;
taken under execution as the property of Richard
Devenport. Conditions Cash.

On the firfl Tuefday in January next, at the Court-
House in Greene county, at the usual hour,
WILL BE SOLD,
TWO hundred and eighty-seven and a half acres
of land, lying and being on the waters of Buf
faloe creek, supposed to be on the Greene county line,
joining lands of John Pingjlon, on the Eajl, Major
Charles Abercrombie, on the Wejl, and Thomas Mit
chell, on the Souths taken by execution as the proper
ty of Abram Reddick.
Also 4.26 acres, lying and being in Greene county,
bounded on all sides by vacant and unknown land ;
seized as the property of James M i Kibben, and fold
under execution of John Houflon.
And 200 acres in the continental reserve, joining
lands of John Buckhannon, Charles Abercrombie and
.others ; taken as above, as the property of Enoch
Hedges, at the suit of Abram Heard, Esq. and will
be fold'by

ONE Trad of land in Wilkes county, at the
mouth of Little river, called the fork
plantation, containing 500 acres <noreorlefs, ori
ginally granted to William Pain.
One other trad of land containing zoo acres,
on the Savannah river, and opposite the above trad,
granted to Samuel Pain, Columbia county.
Also seven Negroes, among which are some
young, handy house servants, seized as the pro
perty of the estate of Andrew M‘Lean, Elq. dec.
and fold under execution of Sir George Houston.

inches high, has had a fore leg, with a f mall fear
on the back of one of his ears, talks flow, he is well
made, was formerly the property of Micajah Little,
of Wilkes county, and fold from said Little to Ed
mend Darned, Esq. and fold by said Daniell to
Shadrick Kinebrew, and from said. Kinebrew to me.
I judge that said negroe is carried into the lower
parts of this fate. Any person that will deliver the
said negroe to vie, or secure him so that I may get
him, Jhall receive the above reward by me, and on
Convittion of the thiei, 20 dollars.
