ONE thousand eight hundred and fifty-feven
acres of land, lying in Elbert county, on
‘ Heaverdam creek, joining John A'-britten and
others; taken as the property of Robert Harth
hom to fatisfy his tax for the year 1794.
Also, 100 acres in said county, lying on Cold
Water creek, joins John Jones’ and others; taken
«s the property of John Turke.
Aifo, 710 acres in Franklin county, lying on
the middle fork of Broad r*ver, joining Warlord
and others; taken as the property of Robert Ru
therford, to fatisfy his tax for the year 1794.
Also, 235 acres in Franklin county, lying on
Silver creek, joining unknown lands; taken as tiie
property of Thomas Martin.

bond belonging to Jrfepk IVilfon, of Oglethorpe
county , fate of Georgia, bearing date 30 th Novem
ber 1792, payable the I ft January 1794; the de
mand of said bond is a negroe boy or ten thousand
u>t» of tobacco, on condition that the said Wilson was
to make titles to a certain tract of land lying in said
Jtate , which he has not done , nor absolutely cannot
do; therefore, J will never pay Jaid bond, until
