A letter from the infpecturs of the Anguftk
ware-houfc Hating that the fame had been
much injured by the lait inundation of Savannah
river, and was now in an unfafe condition and
wholy unfit to receive produce. And the board
taking the fame into consideration, and referring
to the resolution of the late legislature by which
he said warehouse is contemplated to be reroov*
ed, and finding that the proprietor, whosoever he .
may be, has made no application to this board con
cerning the fame or taken any other Hep'therein
since passing the said resolution for carrying the
fame into effeft,
It is ordered., That unless proper meafuies be talc*
en by such proprietor, or his agent, for the said
purposes within thirty days next after the publica
tion of this order, the board will proceed immedi
ately thereafter to take such measures as (hall be
ne effary to secure the said ware>houfe to be in of
dcr to receive the ensuing crop.

r PHE fubferiber informs the public,
that having become the proprietor of the saw
mills formerly belonging to Zachariah Cox, F.fq*
on Ohoopie river, he will want some few feber
and induHrious men, acquainted with the cutting,
sawing or rafting of lumber; likewise a certain
number of finart negroes. Any j erfon wilhing to
engage himfelf or his negroes may expert to be
paid punctually every quarter, by applying to Mr*
John Howatd at the Ohoopie law mills, who it
empowered by the fubferiber to engage the neces
sary hands, and whose engagements in that refpeft
will be aflumed and made valid by
