ON Saturday the third day
of June la.fi, in the town of Waynej
borough, a dispute happened, between Wil
lis Breazele of Burke county and myfdf,
and from information which I had received
previous to that tune, / being in a p 'Jfon,
took the liberty to fay I could prove the Jaid
Breazeale a liar, which he considered was
injurious to his character, and we being
desirous to have the matter fairly underflood
and fettled, have this day met with our
different witnejfes, and they being sworn
and examined before Simeon Lowry, Esq •
I find that the matter was misrepresented,
and that the said Breazeale is not guilty of
the charge of falfehood which I accused him
