Note 2. Half an hour shall be allowed

Note 4 Nvwfpapers as well as letters
are to be sent in the mails; and if any
person making proposals desires to carry
newspapers other than those conveyed in
the mail, for his own emolument, he
mad Hate in his proposals for what sum
he will carry ii with that emolument and
for what sum without that emolument.
Note g. Should any person making
propofais defirean alteration of the times
ol arrival and departure above fpecificd,
he mud stare in his proposals the altera
tions desired, and the difference they
will make in the terms of his contrast.
Note 6- Persons making proposals are
desired to Cate their prices in gross by
the year, and not by the mile. Those
wh > contrail will receive their pay quar
terly, in the months of January, April,
July and Oclcber, in drafts on the poll
offices on the route and in bank notes.
Note 7. The contrails are to be in
operation on the fifft day of April next,
and continue for four years, until the 31st
day of March indufive, in the year 1802.
