A GREAT BARGAIN!
WILL be given to any per
son disposed to purchase that valuable
property whereon the Subfcribcr lives,
on Rac's creek, known by the name of
SUMMERVILLE, It contains upwards
of five thousand acres of land, about
one hundred of which arc under cultiva
tion, and mostly inclofed by a new fence,
there is a comfortable two story house,
with several out houses, a done fpring
houfe, an excellent, and never failing
spring of water, a large garden, con
taining two acres, in which are upwards
of 100 bearing quince trees, and about
30 apple trees, of excellent fruit, a few
choice pear trees, plumbs and damfons—

trees, 500 of which arc in perfection ;
there is a Saw- Mill in complete order,
that now cuts near 1000 feet of lumber
per day, and several more mill feats on
the trad; and it is the opinion of some
of the best mill wrights, that each mill

year, with a never failing supply of tim
ber—-a Grid-Mill in good order, adi
dillety, brewery, and pottery, are all
at work, on the prernifes. On this trail
is a great deal of planting land, an ex

from the market house in Auguda-the
situation is plcafant, perhaps exceeded
by none in the Rate, as to beauty and
health.
Negroes, Horfcs or Dry Goods will
be received , for one half the purchase
money, one fourth in Ca(h, and the other
fourth, a liberal credit will be given.—
