RUN WAY from the fubferiber on the night of the 4th inst. a negro man named EMANUEL, about five feet eight or nine inches high, light complec tion, had on when he went away, a brown coloured cloth coat, with a black cape, a pair of striped homespun overalls, with other cloathing not recollcflcd; has a fear on his right cheek, occalioned by a bile. It is expefted hejvill aim to get to Alexandria, in Virginia, as he was purebafed there last winter, by Mr, Fa* rilb Carter, and brought to this state.
