Virginia, about three years fincc; and it
is probable that he will endeavor to return
to that place, as he has frequently travelled
from Louisville, Ga. to Virginia. Any
person or persons, who will deliver the said
negro boy to the fubferiber, living in rhe
gate of Georgia, at the Chichcfaw Ford
Brier creek, Jeffcrfon county, or fccurc
him in any jail in the United States, so
that he may be got again, (hall receive the
above reward, and all rcafonablc txpcnces

Several applications having
been made to roe, an the fubjefl of ccr
lain demands against the estate of my bro
ther, Wi liam Minor, jun. deceased, and
an enquiry, as to the p/oper source, for the
fcttlement of such claims—l have deemed
it cot improper, thns to notify these claim
ants, that all the bocks, property, &c, ©1
the deceased, are placed in the hands of
Mr. John Minor , one of the Executors—
and that he is the only person now autho
rifed to fettle the affairs of the estate, as
will more fully prove fatisfaftory, by the
following general Notice, which has long
iincc been published. Proper attention
paid hereunto, by those claimants, will
confer an obligation on my fell, as weil a>
the executors.

ranean Passport issued to vessels of the Uni
ted States; that from the eighth day of Ju
ly next, those of the new form will be is
sued at the custom houses to every vcffcl,
for which application may be made on a
compliance with the terms preferihed by
law and fuirendering the former paff,ort of
which (he may be poffcffed, if any, in which
latter case no fees will be required for the
r exchange : and that by an arrangement a
* greed upon by the Barbary powers, with
whom we are at peace, cither the old or new
■ form of pafiport will be fufficicnt to protect
