Notices of these sales must be given in a public gazette forty days previous to the day of sale. Notice for the sale of Personal property must be given at least ten days previous to the day of sale. Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate must be published forty days. Notice that application will be made to the Court of Ordinary for leave to sell Lana or Ne groes, must be published weekly for two months. Citations for Letters of Administration must be published thirty days—for Dismission from Ad ministration, momniy six months—for Dismission from Guardianship, forty days.
