Sales of Laud and Negroes, by Adminisira

law to be held on the first Tuesday in the month
between the hours of ten in forenoon and three
in the afternoon, at the Court House io'he county
in which the property is situate. Notices of
these sales man be given in a public gazette
forty days previous to the day of eale.
Notice for the sale of Personal property must
be given at least ten days previous to the day of
sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate
must be published forty days.
Notice that application will be made to the
Court of Or linary for leave to sell Lana or Ne
groes, must he published weekly for two months.
Citations for Letters of Administration must be
published thirty days—for Dismission from Ad
