Sales of Land and Negroes, by Adminietraturs,
Executors, and Guardians, are required by law to
be held on the first Tuesday in the month be
tween the hours often in the forenoon and three
in the afternooon, at the Court House in the coun
ty in which the property is situate. Notices of
the sale must be given in a public gazette forty
days previously to the day of sale.
Notice of the sale of personal property must be
given atleast ten days pre.vious to the day of sale.
Notiee to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate
must be published forty days.
