From Havana.—A friend has shown us a letter received in this city from Havana, bear ing date Nov. 15, trum which we extract the following: Be vend cargoes of Carolina Rice have been received lately, amounting to 455 casks and 1445 bags, which was sold at 15 and 16 rials two four, and six months. “Spirits of Turpentine has declined to sl6 per quintal.
