reception was given by Miss Kate Green
In honor of Misses Loulie and Minnie
Green, of Americus. The affair was a suc
cess in every sense and all present en
joyed themselves to the fullest extent.
Games, social Intercourse, with the addi
tional charm of the beautiful faces of the
young ladies present, made the occasion
one that will long be remembered by all.
Refreshments were served, after which
the guests departed all voting their charm
ing young hostess a most excellent enter
tainer.

MISS ELLEN CRIMMINS
Died Shortly After Midnight at Her Horre
on Third Street,
Mrw. Ellen Crimmins died this morning
at 12~ 31 at her home, No. 1326 Third street.
Mrs. Crimmins had been ill for some
time and her death had been expected..
Mr*. Crimmins was sixty-two years of age
and had lived in Macon for forty-five
gear*.
Bhs was a woman of great force of char
acter and was loved and respected by ail
whs knew her. She took a delight in ad
ministering to the sick and when anyone
was in need of anything they always sent
for Aunt Ellen as she was familiarly call
•d.
Fhs leaves three sons and one daughter
«• mourn her loss. They are Messrs. Will,
Chris and Ed Crimmins and Mr*. Agnes
Caylor.
Ths funeral services will be held to
morrow afternoon at 3 o’clo k at St. Jo
•eph’* Catholic church. Rev Father Royd
kouss will officiate.
The following gentlemen will act as
pallbearer*:
Messrs. Mike Redmond, Edwin Cassidy.
Miks Fitzgerald, Pat Murphy, Dr. J. S.
Sullivan, H. McKervey, E. D. Huthnance,
B. J. Burke. The interment will be at
Riverside cemetery.
