M’INTYRE DISMISSED,
Chanlain of the Navy Sentenced Under
Courtjnartial.

Washington, Oct. 13—The navy depart
ment today made public the findings and
sentence of the courtmartial in the case of
Chaplain Mclntyre.
The chaplain is charged with scandalous
conduct tending to the destruction of good
morals contrary to the preservation of
good order and discipline and conduct un
becoming an officer of the navy. The
specifications are found proved and the ac
cused is sentenced to be dismissed from
the United States naval service.
