The opinioti and decision of Judge Schley in the ca-a of. the State vs. White, which was printed in tLe .Vtiho**l Jh/eUi^mm and distributed in t’oii- gress, im».lified, and Jn some instances,' changed, the prevalent opinion of the action of the Legislature. That case will he (tabled by the Supreme Court of Georgia in Jttoe. The decision will settle the law on that •object.
