long as Bullock occupies the Gubernatorial
Chair, we may expect crime*and repetitions
of crime of the deepest ^darkest and black
est character. We hold him responsible for

pardons not only encourage but they protect,
while, without their influence, peace would
reign throughout tho borders of tho Stale.
Wc can but call upon tho next Legislature
to bold this miserable creature Bullock to.a
strict accountability/or all his reckless and
misguided acts.
