The Reporter publishes the following fig-
nree, showing tbe amount of cotton consumed
and tbe quantities of the different articles
of manufacture turned out by the Quitman
Factory during the last twelve months:
From Nov. 1, 1878. to Nov. 1. 1874, there
was consumed 173 046 pounds of cotton. Du
ring tbe same period there was manufac
tured.- 20,770 bunches Yarn. 30,440 yards
Sheetings and Stripes. 40,220 yards Shirt
ings and Oenaburgs. 700 pounds Knitting
Yarn, 225 pounds Sewing Thread. 1,500
yards woolen Jeans and Plains. 930 yards
jottonade. 970 yards sotton drilling.
The following resolutions were passed by
the Faeeville Democratic Club of Decatur
county We commend them to the Democ
racy of the entireDistrict .-

might have been in the party heretofore, we

Committee recommended Judge Durell’s im*-

of Congress, but Mr. Stephens has expressed

of the case made by Kellogg to prevent the

915 bales of upland and 215 bales of sea is
land cotton, valued at $6,285-273—showing
an excess for last month of 2G.699 bales, val
ued at $1,829,677-
