At a meeting ofthe officers of tife
different Fair Associations with the
'Board of Directors of the Southwest
Georgia Industrial AssoeiatlWtp’for
the purpose of forming a circuit for
the coming Fall Fairs, to avoid con
flict as to time in holding Pairs,
Col. Hawkins, President of tjbe East
Alabama Fair'Association, was call-'
ed to the chair, and S. R. Weston re
quested to act as secretary. Present,
M. O’Neal, Decatur Co. Fair Associa
tion.; H. M. Sapp and S. G. Culpep
per, So. Ga. k Fla. Association; J. A-
Cobb and J. W. Jordan, Americus.
President Hawkins stated ihe ob
ject of tbe meeting, after which was
had a free exchange of opinion as to
the best plan to adopt
On motion a committee of one from
each Association was appointed to
report matter for action, at a meeting
to he held at Ihe Judges Stand this
(Friday) morning at 8.'5 o'clock. Said
