month, and from casualties could not be
drawn. The proprietor in the first tirtle
given, from the situation of his family,
could not leave Thomaston to sell Tick
ets till the sth day of Dec. &, in the last
time from the duties of office, could, not,
leavetill after the 2d Monday in January.
Therefore he has not had time to sell as
many of the Tickets as lie wishes.. He
will make no apology —but still state fact-
He owes the amount of the Lotterry and

many thanks, and could he bestow cash

It is to be hoped that this indulgence will

lime. The drawing shall be final.

Tickets to be informed that the money is
