3 0,000 DOLLAR PRIZE!
GLAND STATE LOTTERY,
CLASS NO. ONE.
THE undersigned has, in consequence of the
refusal of an agent in Milledgeville to
render an account of the sale of tickets in the
Grand State Lottery, and to pay the amount ol
money- received on my account therefrom, been
constrained most reluctantly to take the most
; energetic steps, both on the ciail and criminal
, sides of the Court against such defaulting agent.
This unexpected conduct on the part ot the
I agent, to whom so great an interest had been
i confided by me, and the delay at Milledgeville
in securing the accountability of that agent, to
i the law, necessarily’ forbade the drawing of Me
- Lottery on the 28th ult. at Savannah, as had
. been contemplated, and has caused a postpone

No* 1, which will lake place, in Savannah, on
Saturday, the 6lh inst.
