Three tracts in Effingham county,consisting of
two thousand acres; another tract in Chatham
county, known as the Old Orphan House tract,
containing four hundred and seventy acres,- Burn
side’s Island, containing two hundred and fifty
acres, hammock land, with all the improvements,
situated in said county of Chatham- a Lot in
Broughton-street, city of Savannah, with the fm
provements thereon; and one other tract in said
county, containing one hundred and sixty five
acres,'contiguous to said city, subject to an in
cumbrance. Plats of the said traits to be seen at
the time cf sale. A small Library of Books; five
head of Cattle; twelve head of Sheep; Gins, and
other plantation Articles—part of the personal
estate of said C. Odingsells, deceased. Terms of
sale—for the Iand, one half cash, the balance on a
credit of one year, with bonds and mortgage of

All that TRACT of LAND, on the Augusta
Road, only four miles from tbe city of Savannah,
composed of pine, hammock, and low land, well
adapted for small farms and garden ground. Tbia
tract contains a front of a mile on tbe Augusta
road, which runs through the centre of it, and
where taverns and visiting places for waggons are
much wanted. It is bounded by Rae’s Hail, Will-
son, Stebbinsand Williamson’s lands to the north
east; the retreat trad to the south; Britton’s and
Readfe land to tbe southwest; and by Wilkins’
and Hae’s Hall to the northwest. It will be sold
in low of 20 to 60 acres, according to a plan which
