ing obligatory, sealed with his seal, and bar
ing dale on the day and year aforesaid, wher-
by he acknowledged himself to be held and
fully bound to (lie said petitioner in the peh-

fourteen cents, conditioned for the payment

said John Clarke, for thu belter securing

quire, on the northwest by Crooked creek
and insrsh land, and on the southwest by
