Section 1. Be it ordained by mayor and alder,
men of the ei’y ofK-ivannah in council assembled,
and it is hereby ordained by the authority of the
same, That, that portion >.f ground containing
four hundrec anil fifty nvc feet in length and two
hundred and forty feet in breidth, lying and being
five hundred anti sixty five yards south of the
trosent burial ground, and designated in the plan
tereto annexed, is hi r- by set apart ard expressly
