R ESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Planters’ Bank of the State of Georgia, that
from and alter this date, this Bank will u it consi-
ler the notes of any of the Chartered Banks ol
the State of Georgia (the notes of the Planters'
Bank excepted) that may be deposited in the
Planter’s Bank by any person or persons, or
any hanking company whatsoever, or that may he
paid into the siid bank to the credit of any per
son or persons or any banking company, as ere
ating any claim in favor of such persons or such
banking company to demand that the checks or
orders they or such banking co npany may is

dated oil the decision of the suit now pending,
they will try to satisfy as soon as possible there-

The deeds under which Mr. Christie claims at.
exclusive right to all the real and personal estate

mal, unjust and illegal. Hence they have been
brought and are still before the Court, and other
deeds have been executed and recorded, convey-
ng the property for the use ot all their creditors,
Mr. Christie included; without any 'rust or rt
