seised of a certain writing obligatory made and
executed by one Joseph Beven, de caved, in hie
file time and bearing date on the second day of
December,eighteen hundred and fourteen, where,
by the said Joseph Seven, acknowledged himself
to be held and firmly bound to the said Robert
•nd John Bolton tn the penal asm of three tliou-
sand eight hundred and fifty four dolUrs, and
ninety four cents—with a condition thereunder
written for the payment of the sum of nineteen
hundred and twenty seven dollars, and torly se
ven cents, with interests thereon from the ninth
day of March 1814, a copy of which bond, as
ns ally as lire petitioners can recollect is annexed
