sale all the fractional surveys lying in the 'county
of Walton, which was within the ninth district
formerly Henry county, the commissioners afore
said will offer for sate in the town of Milledgeville,
on Monday the 9th day of February, 1824, the foi.
lowing fractions, viz
Nos. 373.374, 400,401,402,403,404,423, 424,
425,426,427, 428, and 429, in the ninth district
of originally Henry, now Walton county.
The aforesaid fractions to be sold on the same
terms and conditions as the fractions heretofore
advertised and sold by said commissioners, under
the act of the legislature of the state passed 21.1

R ANAWAY about the 1st inBt. a mulatto Man
named HARVEY, he is rather taller than
the ordinary height of Negroes,has a large scar on
bis face, his countenance very remarkable, repre
senting any thing else than gpod humor. I pur
chased him from Mr. Smets, of the firm of Waff
& Smets; he wore away a short Green Jacket and
also carried with him a frock Coat, about hall
worn made of superfine blue cloth. A reward 01
810 will be paid for his delivery at the City Hotel
or securing him in any Jail so that I get him again.
