his Dancing Academy has been, and is still open
for the season for the reception of pupils to whose
improvement, unremitted attention will be paid.
On eafch Saturday afternoon a Practising Ball,
for scholars will take place, at which any young
misses and masters, not a pupil, desirous of im
Droving in the knowledge of the figures of Cotil
lions will be permitted to attend by the payment
of fifty cents each. Parents and guardians are in
tiled to attend with them.
The subscriber also informs the families that he
Is now ready to attend in private houses in the
city, at any "hour of the day.

for the payment of two thousand dollars with in-

the name. ofFahms' brick yard—that there is now-
on the said bond or mortgage obligatory the sgm
of eighteen hundred dollars with interest from the
2B<1 day of January, 1823, and praying the fore
closure of the equity of redemption of th* said
Jacob and his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns in & to the.saidmortgaged premises.—On
motion of W. W Gordon, attorney for the peti-
boners—it is ordered that the principal and in
terest due on the said bond or writing obligatory
together with the cost of thi;, application be paid
>hto this court within twelve months from (his date,
or in cate of default that the equity ol Redemp
tion of said Jacob Fahm,'his heirs executors ad
ministrators, and assigns be from thenceforth for
ever forclosed and that snch further and other
proceedings be had thereon, aB are pursuant to
the statue in such case made and provided —
And it is further ordered that this rule be pub
ushed in one of the Gazettes of this state at least
once a month for twelve months, or that a copy,
be served on the defendant at least six months
before the time appointed for the payment of the
money, into court.

nneous, in as much,'that I .was never asked to sell
tut, or make any assignment of property belong-

tinued for three years from 3d Oct. 1822, tinder
bonds—and this Co-partnership has never been
revoked. The assignment he alludes to in his
piece, 1 know nothing about.. The state of my
health was such for many weeks before 1 left
here for the north, to unable me to perform any
transaction in business 1 therefore protest a
gainst L, H. Bonne,l having any right to setltle any
account of the firm without my consent

eyes and a very sly look, he formerly belong
ed to Col. Aplin, in .Columbia county* he map
