annual circuit <>f Inspection and Review of his
command; and for that purpose the Colon'rlaofthe
lat, 2d, 3d and 55th Regiments, are ordered to
have them under arms at their usual places of pa
rade at such times and in such manner as the In
spector of the Brigade may direct, to be trained
and instructed, by him, in the discipline presort d
by Congress.
The Brigade inspector is charged with the pro-
mulgtttion of this order; and the strict perform
utice of the duties required of him by the laws of
the State.

writing obligatory, bearing date on the sixth dx,v
of June 1822, acknowledged himself to he helil
and firmiy bound and obliged in him In the penal
sum ofiight biMidred dollars, conditioned for tl'i*

or before the first *lay of June 18^3, and that for
the better secilring to him the pay ment of the
-.aid sum of money, the said Thomas R. Broom
try hia certain deed of mortgage bearing even
date with the said bond, had mortgaged to him
all that lot or parcel of land in Chatham county
ami state aforesaid, known in Uiiyfijoi of the s .id
county as Garden lot number '-Wuy, (80) east;
containing eleven -and one hail acres mere or
less, bounded on the north by the Thunderbolt
road and lands of James Bilbo, ori the .-outM»y
lands of John Screven, and pn the west by a

others—and further stuting that there,is now duo
