O N • he petition of Aaron Cleveland and Susan
C his - wife, who was Susan C Bona, stating
that Jacob Fahm. before the intermarriage of'hr
petitioners, to wit; on the 22d day of June 1821,
did in conjunction with om Joseph A. Scott, ex-
eente a joint bond to the s id Susan C. in the
penul sum offoiir thousand dollars conditioned
for the payment of two thousand dollars with in
terest from tlste, on or before the first day of
March then next, and that for the better securing
the payment thereof, the ssid Jacob did on the
day ami year first aforesaid make his certain in
denture of mortgage, whereby He mortgaged to
said Susan C all that lot of ground known and
designated as Garden lot number thirty nine, No
39, and also, that adjoining half part of another
lot' known as lot number forty two. No 42, con
taining together eight and a half acres more or
less situated to the East of the city of Ssvannah
and bounded to the north west of Lor No 26, to
the South and Bast by lands belonging to the ea
taie of Hampton Lillibridge, and the west by
the public road leading to Skidaway island where
on a brick yard is now established and known by
the name of Fatima brick yard—that there is now
on ihe said bond or mortgage obligatory the sum
of eighteen hundred dollars with interest from the
23d day of January, 1823, and praying the fore
closure of the equity of redemption of th - said
lacob and his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns in b to the saidniortgaged premises.—On
motion of W. W Gordon, attorney for the peti
tioners— it is ordered that the principal and in
terest due on the said bond or writing obligatory
togeth- r with tht cost of thi< application be paid
into this court withiutwelve months from this date,
or in case of default that the equity of redemp
tion of said Jacob Fahm, his heirs executors, ad
miniitratoM, and assigns be from thenceforth for
ever forclosed and that snch further and other
proceedings be had thereon, as are pursuant to
the statue in such case made and provided —
