Bn it therefore retolvetl hy the Senate anti House
of Representative* of the State of Georgia in Oene
ral Assembly met. That it shall be the duty of the
Magistrates who shall preside at the several Elec
’ions to be held in'.he different counties of this
State for the choice of members of the Legisla-
'ure, at the next General Election therein, to
propose to each and every voter at the time ot
receiving his vote, whether he desires that the
choice of said Electors sliall be confided to the

O N the petition of William T. Williams stat
ing that 'Thomas R Broom, by, his certain
writing obligatory, bearing date on the sixth day
of June 1822, acknowledged himself to be held
and firmly bound and obliged in bim in the pens'
sum of eight hundred dollars, conditioned for-tht
pnymentofthe sum of four hundred dollars ot.*
or before the first day of June 1823, and that for
the better securing to him the payment of the
•aid sum of money, tbe said Thomas R. Croon,
by his certain deed of mortgage bearing even
date with the said bond, had mortgaged to him
all that lot or parcel of land in Chatham county
(tnd state aforesaid, known in tbe plan of the saiu
county as Garden lot number eighty, (80) east,
containing eleven and one half acres more or
less, bounded on the north by ,the Thunderbolt
