ctsuip Amity, from Liverpool, ashore off Squam
Beach, was driven over the bar on Thursday last

r HE subscribers hereby forewarn all persons
from trading with Thos. Womack for twelve'
Notes of hand of Twenty Five dollsirs each
given by the subscribers to one Wm. A. Cottrsey,
and by him passed to said Womack, , as the said
Womack brought suits upon said notes before
Enoch Fagan, Esq. Justice of the Peace for Bul
loch County and as soon as he discovered that we
had pleaded a sett off of his own notes td a much
larger amount he discontinued his suits and with
drew the notes, no doubt with ah intention to
trade them away. We therefore give this, notice
to prevent imposition and a law suit, which wo
are determined to submit to before we pay said
notes,
