per centum will be received at the State Bank in Savan

ers, an agent will be appointed to attend at the Bank of

Owners of Dogs will be pleased to take notice of the
following sections of an ordinance of this city. _ j
« That no dog shall be suff ered to go at large in any
street, lane, or open place within this city, without a li
cense first taken out from the office of the clerk of the
city council, by the owner of such dogi and there shall
be a collar around the neck of the dog so licensed, with
the name of the owner thereon engraved, and number a*
as entered on the register.
“That if any dog shall be found going at large within
the city, without having been registered as aforesaid, and
without such collar, it shall be the duty of the marshal rind
constables to destroy such dog.”
