Executor’s sales,.
In conformity to the will o'f the late Mr. IsHaXT Ma-
''i.oxe, deceased, and by order of die executor, foe whole
of the estate of said deceased, both real and personal,
will be sold at Auction, at foe plantation of said deceased,
two miles below Augusta, on THURSDAY, foe 19th day
of December next, if fair, if wet, the next fair day.—
The tract of Land -contains upwards of three hundred
acres; ofwhich about one hundhed and thirty itcres veil
timbered, foe balance cleared and under good enclo
sures, all first quality ’planting Land, suitable for cotton,
corn or small grain. The Negroes are all young, except
one, and uncommonly likely, consisting of men, women
and children, in all upwards of twenty. The stock of
Horses, Cattle' and Hogs are prime, and the provision
crop is deemed amply sufficient to support tlte placefor
another year and to spare. The Lands will be first sold,
then the Negroes, in families, and so tm. Particulars
and terms will be made known on that day.

Bank of Georgia.
It being deemed expedient by the Board of Directors,
that another Instalment of the Stock of the Bank of foe
State of Georgia should be called in, and that the Stock
holders should be required to pay a proportion thereof
in specie.
Notice is hereby given, that, agreeably to a resolution
of foe Directors of this date, twenty-three per centum
■on each share, of foe Stork of foe Bank, is required to
be paid by the Stockholders, on or before the second
Monday in December next; that five dollars; in specie,
be paid on each share, as part of the said twenty-three
per cent, and the balance in bills of either ofthe Banks
of Georgia.
The Stockholders are further notified, that Cafoier’s
Certificates of stbek will be issued in lieu of foe Com
missioners’ Certificates, held by the Stockholders, upon
foe delivery of the Commissioners’ Certificates, at the
time of paying the Instalment, as above required.
Western Stockholders are informed, tiiat they may pay
said Instilment, and recejye their Stock Certificates, on
delivering the Commissioners’ Certificates, at either of
the Offices established at Augusta and Miliedgeville, so
soon as they shall be in operation, which willl be in a
