that another Instalment of tije Stock of the Bank of the
State of Georgia .should be called m; and that the Stock-
h.rlders should be? required to pay a proportion thereof
in spefcie.
Notice is herein' given, that; agreeably to a resolution
of the Directors of this date, twenty-three per centum
on each snare, of the Stock of the Bank, is required to
be paid by the Stockholders, on or before the *econd
Monday in December next; that five dollars, in specie,
be paid on each share, as pert,of the said twenty-three
per cent, and the balance in bills of either of the Banks
of Georgia.
The Stockholders are turther notified, .that C ashlers
Certificates of Stock will be issued in lieu of the Com
missioners’ Certificates, held by the .Stockholder*, Upon
the delivery of the Commissioners’ Certificates, at the
time of paying the Instalment, above required.
Western Stockholders are informed, that they may pay
said Instalment, and receive their Stuck Certificates, on
delivering the Commissioners’ Certificates, at either of
the Offices established at Augusta anti MiUedgeville, so
soon as they shall be in operation, which willl be in a

says he belongs to Paul Wilkins, of Liberty county, five
feet five inches Jiigh, small limbed, has an iron ring on his
neck and a verjt large chain attached to it, and tlie rem-
nantpf a blue jacket and trowsers, .about nineteen vears

Valuable Lands for sale.
Four hundred and fifty acres, prime tide swamp, on
the Savannah Back River, situated about ten miles abort
the city, well adapted to the culture of rice or the sugar,
cane; upwards of one hundred acres now under dam, and
cultivated by James -Ancram, esq.
Also, a tract, containing upwards of three hundred
acres, adjacent to the above tract—this tract will be
worthy the attention of the owner of the river swamp,
having some convenient buildings on it; it also contains
a good proportion of high pine land, and the balance is
well adapted to tiie culture of cotton and provisions—

bie timber.
Also, a tract, containing five hundred acres, situated
on Savannah River, a few miles above Purysburgh, known

burgh, well timbered.
The whole of the property will be sold on easy and
