Notice is hereby given, that, agreeably to a resolution of the Directors of this date, twenty-three per centum on each share, of the Stock of the Bank, is required to be paid by the Stockholders, on or before the second Monday in December next; that five dollars, in specie, be paid on each share, as part of the said twenty-three per cent, and the balance in bills of either of the Banks pf Georgia. The Stockholders are further notified, that Cashier a Certificates of Stock will be issued in lieu of the Com missioners’ Certificates, held by .the Stockholders, upon the delivery of the Commissioners’ Certificates, at the time of paying the Instalment, as above required.
