The commisioners of the Academy of Effingham county, vs. The Heirs and Representatives of j a Christopher Frederick Triebner, dec J *** Upon the petition of the Commissioners of the Academy of Effingham county praying the Equity of Redemption of the following premises mortgag ed to them by Christopher Frederick Triebner on the thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve, to secure the payment of a certain bond, bearing even date therewith,- for the payment of the sum of three handred dollars with interest from the date of said bond and mortgage, viz: All. those two Lota in Carpenter’s Row, in the city of Savannah known by the nnmber ten (iff) and twelve (12) contain ing thirty six feet each by one hundred and fifty feet in deph, together with the appurtenances thereto belonging.
